NextBESTgames.com is headed by ME, Keith Avallone! I'm a life-long board game fan and part-time game designer. This is my second board game e-business; a follow-up to my other games website, PLAAY.com. I started PLAAY.com back in 1999 as an outlet for the various sports simulation board games I'd created, starting with SECOND SEASON Pro Football Game, now marketed by Replay Sports Games. I always have been and always will be a huge sports board game enthusiast. But I realize that when it comes to board games, MOST people would rather play games that are easy-to-learn, fast-to-play, and FUN for everyone. NextBESTgames.com is devoted to THOSE kinds of games!

WHAT WE DO

We make unique board and card games that are easy to learn and fun to play. Of course, a LOT of game companies do that. The thing that makes us different is that we can personalize every game. We print each of our games one at a time, made-to-order by YOU! If you want, we'll put your name on the game, at no extra charge.

OUR GOAL

We want to bring families and individuals together around the kitchen or living room table for good, quality, face-to-face board game FUN. We understand that today's video games are amazing and addictive--heck, we play them, TOO! But our feeling is that video games can often be isolating rather than inclusive, and they require a skill set that's more about hand-eye coordination than about real creative, critical thinking. We think video games have their place, but feel strongly that board games do, too. So we're committed to keeping board and card games alive--it's our PASSION! We want people to be "invested" in playing board games, and if that means putting your NAME on the game, well, we're willing to be the company that DOES that!

Like its predecessor PLAAY.com, nextBESTgames.com is built on integrity and a high level of personalized customer service. We truly care about people, whether they buy and play our games or NOT. I've been on the "customer" end of buying games myself, and I make it a policy to treat people the way I would want to be treated myself. That means prompt processing of orders, assistance with any questions or problems, and products that are a good value.

WHAT ABOUT THE GAMES THEMSELVES?

Our games are printed on high-quality paper and card stocks, using state-of-the-art graphic design and laser print technology. We try our very best to accurately depict and represent each game with photos and actual packaging artwork, so that when the package arrives in the mail, you'll know what your game is going to look like before you even open the package.

WHAT IF I ORDER A GAME AND DON'T LIKE IT?

We encourage you to thoroughly read the content on our website and ask as many questions as you want to before purchasing a game from us. Because of the nature of custom-made products, we understandably hesitate to make it a policy to offer full refunds. However, if you order a game and are not entirely pleased with it, WE won't be pleased, either. If we make a mistake in printing, we'll make it right immediately at no charge to you. If you are otherwise dissatisfied, simply return the game in its original packaging and we'll refund the price of the game.
